This Privacy Policy explains how Concert Light Sync ("we," "our," or "us") handles information when you use the Concert Light Sync mobile application (the "App").

The App may access the following information to provide core features:

Microphone input: used in real time to detect sound level/rhythm so visuals can react to music.
Local preferences (e.g. selected icon, last-used mode): stored on-device via AsyncStorage and never transmitted externally.
Basic device/app data from third-party ad services: when ads are shown, third-party providers may process identifiers, diagnostics, and usage signals under their own policies.

2. How We Use Information

To power audio-reactive lighting effects.
To display in-app advertising and support app operation.
To diagnose crashes and improve stability/performance.

3. Microphone Permission

The App requests microphone access only for audio-reactive functionality. If permission is denied, related effects may run in fallback mode with reduced reactivity.

4. Advertising and Third-Party Services

The App uses Google AdMob (or related Google ad technologies). These services may collect or process data according to their own privacy terms. Please review Google policies for details: https://policies.google.com/privacy.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Data may be processed by service providers (such as ad partners) only as needed to operate their services.

6. Data Retention

Audio used for live visual response is processed for feature operation. Third-party providers may retain data based on their own retention policies.

The App is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us and we will address the issue promptly.

8. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect information. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure.

9. International Use

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own depending on your device platform and third-party service infrastructure.

10. Your Choices

You can deny microphone permission in device settings.
You can limit ad personalization through your platform privacy settings (where available).
